Excited to bring in the New Year, the Haitian Cultural Arts Alliance Board of Directors is sending to the Miami community warm wishes "Jou Konje Kontan" during this holiday season showcasing a mixed media painting by Haitian American painter and sculptor Edouard Duval Carrie.
The Haitian Cultural Arts Alliance invites you to see exhibition and symposia that will continue all the way through January 2014:
Global Caribbean V Focus on the Miami Contemporary Visual Arts Landscape (On view thorugh January 26, 2014); Perceptive Expeditions- The Global Caribbean V Symposia on contemporary art and culture (January 16 & 17, 2014); and Miami Curatorial Hub, Discovery practices / the curator and the artist.
The FIU DLOC Haiti Luminous and Mapping Arts Project, Miami runs with the duration of Global Caribbean V with the generous support of The Green Family Foundation.
